This service is completely external to Twinco Capital and meets the highest security requirements regarding encryption, data security and protection of whistleblower anonymity.
The identity of the person filing a report will remain confidential in any potential follow-up, inquiry or discussion unless Twinco Capital is obliged by law to disclose it. Should this be the case, the person reporting will be informed thereof. The whistleblower will not be subject to any negative consequences when filing the report, or any time thereafter.
The data provided through this report will be processed by Twinco Capital M&O Spain, S.L., as data controller, for the management and investigation of complaints, as described in the Whistleblowing Procedure, in a confidential and secret manner. In certain cases, the data provided may be supplemented with information obtained during the investigation (such as details of the facts, dates, and parties involved), whether from witnesses or third parties. Depending on the course of the investigation, the data may also be shared with the relevant public authorities.
